Dance Permission Slip Form

If you are bringing someone to the HHS Homecoming Dance and he/she is NOT currently attending HHS, you will need to fill out the permission slip form and turn in to the office 3 days prior to the dance.  This form requires the signature of the principal or administrator of the guest's school.  The guess must provide a photo ID at the dance entrance.
