The HHS Student Council is an organization comprised of freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior students. The mission of the HHS Student Council is to be a voice for the student body, to make recommendations for school improvement, to promote a positive school climate, and to build a strong sense of community and Topper pride amongst the student body and faculty.
