Course Registration & Special Programs
This page provides essential information for students as they complete course registration each academic year. Here, you will find applications and details for all special programs and opportunities available at Hillsboro High School. Additional applications and information are also available in the Counseling Office.
To assist, please complete a 4-Year Planning Sheet to help map out an academic path. This resource helps students and parents understand graduation requirements and explore course options at HHS.

Montgomery County CTE Programs
Applications for Building Trades, CNA, Child Care, and more are available on the Montgomery County CTE Website. Paper applications are no longer available.

Application Window: February 1 – February 28
Okaw Vocational Center
Hillsboro students should visit the Okaw Vocational Center website and click the Student Online Registration tab to complete their application.

Application Deadline: March 17, 2025
Montgomery County CEO Program
Students should visit the CEO website and click the orange Apply Now button at the top of the page to submit their application.

Hiltop Application (2025-26)
Applications are due in the Counseling Office by February 3, 2025. Paper copies are available in the office.
LLCC Admissions Applications
Note: Students in Building Trades and Basic Nursing (CNA) must also complete the LLCC admissions application, as these programs offer dual credit.
