Early Out Privilege (EOP) Program

The Early Out Privilege (EOP) Program offers eligible juniors and seniors the opportunity to leave campus early while maintaining academic and attendance standards.

Qualifying Criteria

To participate, students must:

  • Be in 11th or 12th grade.

  • Have earned at least a B in every class the previous semester.

  • Be enrolled in a 0-hour class.

  • Maintain a schedule that allows completion of all courses required for graduation (e.g., enrollment in OKAW prevents participation).

  • Be on track to graduate based on 9th-grade entry date.

  • Submit a signed EOP contract.

Maintaining Eligibility

Students must:

  • Maintain a B or higher in every class (checked each quarter and semester).

  • Accumulate no more than 3 excused absences during the semester and/or no more than 5 unexcused absences or tardies in the 0-hour class.

  • Comply with all school rules and have no major discipline referrals.

Program Details

  • Students not in EOP may still enroll in zero-hour PE classes.

  • Interested students must schedule a counseling appointment and submit a signed EOP contract prior to the first day of the semester.

  • EOP students are responsible for monitoring their eligibility.

  • Students must leave campus immediately following 6th hour, unless reporting to a teacher or coach.

  • Returning for sports or club activities: students may arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM and must report to the designated area during FLEX 7.

  • Students failing to meet program conditions, including attendance, grade requirements, or behavior expectations, may be removed from EOP at the discretion of administration.

  • Students removed from EOP will not be refunded Zero Hour Fusion fees and will forfeit the right to take a zero-hour PE class, instead being enrolled in 7th-hour PE.
